MANILAjiliplus, Philippines — Some roads in Metro Manila may experience a traffic slowdown from November 15 to 17 due to the transportation of a tunnel boring machine (TBM) for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Wednesday.
According to the DOTr, the traffic slowdown may be expected from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the said dates.
